Please be aware of planned works in Goring by SGN.

Road closure and temporary traffic lights for essential gas main replacement on Goring Way/Goring Street, Worthing

From Monday 25 August to Friday 12 September, SGN contractors AJM Utilities Limited will be carrying out work to replace the gas main on Goring Way/Goring Street in Worthing.  These mandatory essential works are important to ensure we can continue to maintain a safe and efficient gas supply for residents and community and avoid disruptive gas leaks in the future.

Due to the location of the gas main in the road, for everyone’s safety we’ll need to have traffic management is place as follows:

Road Closure on junction of Goring Street with Goring Way – this will mean no access in or out of Goring Street to Goring Way, short diversion route in place. 

Temporary two-way traffic lights on Goring Way around the work location
