The Goring Residents' Association (GRA) takes your privacy seriously and deals with personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

Why we need your data

When you become a member of the GRA we need to know your name, address telephone number and email address (if you have one) in order to communicate with you about your membership and the activities and news of the GRA.

What we do with your data

 

The personal details you provide are held securely by the GRA Membership Secretary. Members of the GRA Committee have the right to access and use the information in connection with administration of the GRA only. The information is also shared with your GRA Road Warden who delivers communications to you.

The information you provide is held solely for use by the GRA and the GRA does not sell the information or make it available to other organisations.

What are your rights

You can request to see the personal information we hold for you and have the right to change any details or to be removed from our list and to have your details deleted.

If you wish to raise a complaint about how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated. The GRA is registered with the Information Commissioners’ Office (ICO).  If you are not happy about our response to your complaint you can ask the ICO (www.ico.org.uk) to consider it.
