With the latest suggestions about giving more power to Mayor's on planning decisions. Along with the current Planning Act 2008, giving a single minister the ability to rule over Nationally significant infrastructure projects.

We have been made aware of a petition to ensure such decisions go to an independent panel for adjudication.
